RULES FOR RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

When returning the goods to the supplier's warehouse, you must first:

1. Submit an application for the product you are returning in the CRM system and indicate the reason for the return. (This is important!)

2. Notify the manager by e-mail at the address: info@smgc.com.ua about the created invoice;

3. After reviewing the application, the SUPPLIER notifies the BUYER of consent or disagreement to the return of the goods;

4. After receiving the SUPPLIER's consent to return the goods, the BUYER sends the goods, necessarily attaching a copy of the receipt for the purchase of the goods and a claim form with information about the returned goods:

Attention!

If there is no description of the defect (in the claim), the product will be returned to you.

Describe the problem more correctly - this will avoid unnecessary shipments of the product, and will save you time and money.

Basic requirements for returning and exchanging goods:

• Preservation of factory packaging, configuration and product appearance. The completeness of the returned product must correspond to 100% of the factory completeness in which the customers received it: product, packaging (inner polyethylene, outer cardboard packaging), operating instructions (if any);

• Absence of mechanical damage on the returned goods and outer packaging;

• If the product has a factory defect and the packaging has the above defects, the product is replaced with a new one and returned to the customer in the packaging in which it was sent.

• Absence of dirt, extraneous inscriptions and unremoved stickers on the returned goods and outer packaging.

Obligations of the SUPPLIER:

• The term of the decision to replace the defect is from 3 to 7 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the SUPPLIER. At the same time, the BUYER is obliged to inform the SUPPLIER about the shipment of the goods and to have a confirmation of its receipt.

• The BUYER carries out the shipment of the goods at his own expense. In case of confirmation of the defect, the SUPPLIER undertakes to compensate the BUYER for transport services.

• The product, the defects of which are recognized as a factory defect, will be replaced free of charge with the same or similar product. If it is impossible to exchange the product, its value will be returned to the BUYER in the amount of the price specified in the invoice, or added to the personal account of the buyer and will be taken into account in subsequent purchases. The final decision on the complaint issue is made within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the SUPPLIER.

• Warranty obligations apply only to factory defects.

• If the product does not have a warranty period, claims regarding the quality of the product are accepted within 6 months from the date of receipt of the product from the buyer (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 13).

• Complaints are considered only for goods shipped by the SUPPLIER to the BUYER no later than 12 months from the date of shipment.

• When receiving the goods, if necessary, an examination of the causes of the defect will be carried out by qualified specialists of the SMG company. In case of disagreement with the decision on the complaint request, the BUYER has the right to request an independent examination; the costs of conducting such an examination shall be borne by the party that lost the dispute.

• The warranty is void, free exchange or repair is not carried out if the product is operated in violation of the instructions for use, if the storage rules are not followed, if there is mechanical, thermal, chemical damage, if the product is damaged as a result of a natural disaster, fire, etc.

• Goods that were not purchased in authorized stores and not in Ukraine may not be covered by warranty cases! And they may not be serviced as post-warranty cases by service centers and official representatives of SMG company.

IF THE RULES ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH, SMG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE GOODS TO THE CLIENT AT HIS EXPENSE!!!
