NOW was founded by former pro rider and member of the famous Wildcats team JF Pelchat. One day he noticed that the design and functionality of snowboard bindings had not changed since their appearance. Having a great desire to improve the functionality of bindings, he locked himself in his garage and began to develop a new concept of bindings to change the situation in the production of one of the important elements of snowboarding equipment. Breaking all the old ideas about what snowboard bindings should be, and creating its own new path, NOW creates and introduces a completely new product. Revolutionary (innovative) bindings, which are based on the principle of skate suspension. This technology was called SkateTech. This helps to quickly transfer force from the rider's leg directly to the board, which in turn brings it to a new line of comfort.
